Rose Francois is a revolutionary author, anti-racism wellness coach, Educator, DEI leader, career development guru, and a lover of people. She is the founder and principal of A Rising Up, a generational movement to end racism in our generation. Rose is native to Haiti and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.

She has a Bachelors in Communications and has worked in the Education Non profit space for 8+ years where she served as a professional Coach and Program Leader developing talent and creating inclusive curriculum. Rose also has experience working with employers to advance economic mobility and equity for people skilled through alternative routes. Rose has served on DEI leadership teams and has contributed to advance equity for talent pipelines and company culture. She is the author of A Generational Cry: Based on A True Story of the Haitian Revolution, a literary weapon to disrupt systems of injustice. Her passion to elevate herself from oppression and her country has birthed the anti-racism framework, A Rising Up: A Cycle to Sustain Anti-Racism Work. Rose has a inimitable passion to change the world that illuminates her drive to lead.
