Our Mission  

A Rising Up’s mission is to help leaders learn how to begin and sustain anti-racism work while protecting their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional energy. A Rising Up exist to end racism in our generation by developing and enabling leaders who will implement equitable structures, policies, and practices while sustaining their rest and wellness routines. Through training, coaching, and rest and wellness intentionality, A Rising Up leaders, will impact the generational movement to end racism in our generation.
